Shipping, Returns and Cancellation Policy
Returns are gladly accepted returns within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, for products that were damaged during shipping. Please send us an email to email@example.com if you have received a damaged item.
Prints must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging not later than 14 days from the day of the decision to cancel. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returns happen at your expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you).
In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
In the event we do find fault, we offer a replacement or a refund of the print. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date you received your order.

Providing your order has not been dispatched you will not be charged for any postage costs.

Cancellations cannot be made on special orders, commissions or prints which has been specially altered at the buyer’s request.
Each piece will be packaged up safely to protect your order.
Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and delivered rolled in a strong postage tube.
Shipping charges in Ireland are a flat rate of €4.80 using An Post standard postal service.
Shipping charges to the United Kingdom are a flat rate of €6.50 using An Post standard postal service.
Shipping charges to all European Union (E.U.) countries are a flat rate of €7.00 using An Post standard postal service.
Shipping charges to the rest of the world are a flat rate of €8.00 using An Post standard postal service.
Jason O’Gorman is not responsible for any additional levies / customs / import taxes incurred by you (the buyer).
