Shipping, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Shipping

Prints: Each piece will be packaged up safely to protect your order. All prints except the 8x10” prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper with a compliment slip around it. If there is a short personalised message included in the order, it is written on this compliment slip. The final print is then carefully packaged in a strong cardboard postal tube. The 8x10” prints are shipped flat in a plastic sleeve with a strong cardboard backing board. If there is a short personalised message included in the order, it is written on this compliment slip, which is placed within the plastic sleeve. The final print is then carefully packaged in a cardboard postal envelope with a Do Not Bend sticker. If you’re ordering multiple prints they may be shipped together, therefore if you require individual items packaged separately, the prints will need to be ordered separately. Shipping within Ireland is sent by An Post standard postal service. Overseas Shipping is sent by either An Post registered or An Post express postal service. Please check AnPost.com for delivery lead times, which may vary. Jason O’Gorman is not responsible for An Post delays in postage. If your country is not available on the drop down checkout menu, please contact us at hello@jasonogorman.ie to find out can we ship to you. Jason O’Gorman is not responsible for any additional levies / customs / import taxes incurred by the buyer or the recipient. Jason O’Gorman is not responsible for any lost post due to incorrect entry of shipping address by the customer. Regarding custom messages, Jason O’Gorman is not responsible for any typos or incorrect spellings made by the buyer, i.e. the message is written as supplied unless contacted prior to shipping at hello@jasonogorman.ie. Postcards, greeting cards and calendars may be shipped separately to the prints. Prints may also be shipped separately. We have no control as to how long delivery takes once the order is handed over to An Post.

Original Art is sent by An Post registered post.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted returns within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, for products that were damaged during shipping. Please send us an email to hello@jasonogorman.ie if you have received a damaged item. Prints must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging not later than 14 days from the day of the decision to cancel. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returns happen at your expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you). In the event we find fault, we reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses from you. In the event we do not find fault, we will offer a replacement or a refund of the order. The original shipping charge is not refundable. We do not offer exchanges on the prints or original art.


Cancellation Policy 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date you received your order. To cancel your order please contact us at hello@jasonogorman.ie Provided your order has not been dispatched, you will not be charged for any postage costs. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy regarding shipping costs. Cancellations cannot be made on special orders, commissions or prints which has been specially printed at the buyer’s request.
